I visited St Vincent de Paul Primary School’s pupil art exhibition this week.

It showcased pupils’ amazing artistic talents, & I was delighted to award prizes to some of the winners.

I welcomed a fantastic group of young people to city hall this week.

New Lodge Youth Club members are a real credit to their community, and I was delighted to have them down.

18 years ago I oversaw the installation of new floodlights Casement Park for Antrim GAA & Ulster GAA The lights were a beacon of the growing confidence of the GAA in Belfast! They will be missed temporarily but a new beacon for the GAA, sport & communities here will follow! 🏟️

It was great to attend the opening of McConnell's £22m whisky distillery in the Crumlin Road Gaol.

This investment which includes an event space, public tours & a café will transform our growing tourism infrastructure, increasing visitor numbers whilst creating jobs &

Belfast Castle is a fantastic asset for locals and tourists alike.

This summer will mark 90 years from the castle was gifted to the people of Belfast.

I’m looking forward to marking this anniversary through a wide range of activities and events.

We celebrated some of their recent achievements, & also showed them around City Hall.
