Good news to start the #weekend - the road works at Danson Underpass were all completed overnight and all is well in the world.

Busy day so far, holding street surgeries, talking to residents and checking on a road recently resurfaced after we campaigned for it to be done. After a short lunch, we’re out and about all afternoon. #BlackfenAndLamorbey #BackBlackfen #LoveLamorbey

It has been good to catch up with residents who myself and the late Cllr Brian Beckwith worked with in 2008/9 to introduce these measures to stop the incidents of vehicles cutting this corner at high speeds. Brian served as a Blackfen & Lamorbey Councillor from 2002 to 2018.
