In politics, it’s always good to thank those who have helped. Good to be in Battersea today, helping Cllr Lynsey Hedges and Cllr Daniel Hamilton get their Annual Report out to Balham residents. Battersea Conservatives helped me so much in the recent election. 🙏

More complaints today about #ClaphamSouth tube station being closed due to staff shortages. Frequent closure not only impacts commuters but also local businesses who rely on the footfall. Cllr Daniel Hamilton and I continue to lobby and hold TfL to account.

Over the past few months, Cllr Daniel Hamilton and I have been working closely with Balham’s Community Safety Officer and Balham Ward Policing Team to address ASB linked to rough sleeping outside Balham Library. The area will be cleared early Sept and preventive plan underway. Thanks to all

Good to be at Balham Library Library with Cllr Lynsey Hedges this evening to meet with residents, council officers and Balham Ward Policing Team representatives to discuss ways to make our streets safer. 👮‍♀️

This is one of most regular complaints me and Cllr Lynsey Hedges receive. Residents are rightly angry at constant random closures of #ClaphamSouth tube at peak times. It’s important TfL remedies their endemic staff resourcing problems and provides the tube services residents need.

Good to be at Balham Library library this morning for my councillor surgery. Residents have dropped in to raise concerns concerns about rubbish on our streets 🗑️, uneven road surfaces 🛣️ and late night noise 😖.

Saddened to hear of the death of the man who was taken into hospital after being stabbed at an address in Laitwood Road yesterday. The thoughts of me and Cllr Lynsey Hedges are with his family as police continue to investigate this tragic incident.
