In case you missed it, The Conversation is BACK! I'm excited to break the hiatus with Bob Chapman, the CEO of Barry-Wehmiller and author of the bestseller, Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring for Your People Like Family. bit.ly/3HGBjTk

I recently wrote a piece for Forbes that I want to share here as well. With the vaccinated population increasing, we're seeing a return to more face-to-face interaction and I want to dive into the consequences. bit.ly/3pgOfqC

Both big-picture and detail-oriented thinkers are crucial, and effective project managers optimize the contributions of both while serving as a translator between them. To learn how to bridge this gap effectively, check out my blog. bit.ly/3ohAhp5

You might be saying, "Clint, what in the world does cake baking have to do with my project management skills?" But bear with me, because this is one of the best exercises I've found to illustrate different approaches to planning. bit.ly/3ofZEaL

If you could predict everything that would happen in the future with perfect detail, you wouldn't be a successful #ProjectManager - you'd be comfortably retired having picked the best performing stocks. Unfortunately, none of us have that ability. bit.ly/3IdYNPW

I talk a lot about the more nitty-gritty of accountability (involving the team in project planning, assigning a sole person to each task, etc.), but David Pachter perspective here about the bigger picture of #Accountability is a valuable one. bit.ly/3jUYE9s

This is something we need to be extra cognizant of right now. While new team members get acclimated, veteran team members may be shouldering more of the weight in the meantime leading to modified #project timelines. Has anyone seen this rippling out yet? cnb.cx/3IUghB4

The differences in generational communication can lead to lots of miscommunication. #Emojis are a great example–to the younger generation they're a fast way to "communicate" a reaction. But the problem is that they leave too much open to interpretation. bit.ly/3ys6IEX

Today was my 34th consecutive GT-uga football game. I have seen a few wins, some close losses & a few blowouts. Today was a loss but I was so proud of the way the team played and fought. Great job of getting the men ready @CoachBrentKey! Go Jackets! #COFH @GTBattman #WTGW?
