June 1 - June 7 is National CPR Awareness Month. Sunday was a great collaboration between Cleveland EMS and Cleveland Clinic Team headed by Tom Beers. Thank you, Cleveland Guardians, for hosting!

This team walked their way into 2nd Place in the Walking Towards Wellness step challenge where they competed against other departments and divisions throughout the City of Cleveland. Way to go Team!

6/04/25 is a historic day for CEMS! Paramedics now have access to whole blood as a lifesaving intervention for their patients.

City of Cleveland Cooling Centers open extended hours this weekend - Saturday, July 5, 2025 & Sunday, July 6, 2025.

Cleveland EMS ambulances will now be equipped with ventilators. Another tool available for our highly skilled paramedics to use for optimal patient care and outcomes. Here we are during one of our training sessions.

Today, Thursday 7/24/25 & tomorrow, Friday 7/25/25 the City of Cleveland will have select Recreation Centers open extended hours.
