Ending violence against women is something that requires action at every level of government and every level of society.

Violence against women is a national issue, and we are approaching it with national unity. And today National Cabinet agreed to new actions to prevent it.

Women in Australia deserve better, governments have to do better and as a society we have to do better.

That's why we'll be convening the National Cabinet with one issue on the agenda: immediate, meaningful and practical action to address family violence.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old,
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.

Women don't feel safe.

I'm not going to pretend there's one easy answer because the problem is deeper than that. But we need men to step up to help end this crisis of violence against women.

Instead of doing the right thing, X is fighting for their right to show alleged terrorist content.

There’s no place in social media for harmful and violent content and social media companies have a social responsibility.

Women in Australia are rightly exhausted by violence against women.

I am exhausted by this.
