What a fabulous evening for our community walk to take place! The sun shone down while we had members of the Leicester community, walking and running 🏃🏻‍♀️ 5 km in aid of raising funds for Cauda Equina Champions Charity. The running total raised so far is over £6,200. #Caudaequinasyndrome #CES

I have met Charlie many times through my work at Cauda Equina Champions Charity and a couple of times at Tesco too as we don’t live far from each other. Wishing you the best for the future Charlie #caudaequinasyndrome #CID #cescommunity

Today the whole team got involved in the interview of Tom Jamison, editor of Able Magazine . We had a fab time! We clapped after several really inspiring moments. One was about their inclusivity, for disabled people to have a platform for their voice to be heard.

Dr Bella We have a lack of MRI Radiographers (of all Radiographers). In our hospital, MRI runs 8am-8pm. Urgent scans (e.g. for cauda equina), the patient has to be transferred to another hospital. We should have a 24/7 service but, there's been no forward planning in the NHS for 13yrs.

Thank you for all the work you do to support Cauda Equina patients during their difficult journey to recover compensation for devastating lifelong issues they deal with #caudaequinasyndrome #learningfromharm #brighterfutures #cescommunity

Hugely disappointing to read this article. Royal College of Emergency Medicine What would you propose instead? CES patients have paid the cost for too long not being taken seriously enough in A&E departments and are denied or having delayed MRI scans that are vital to avoid
