Nixa Road Closure: A contractor will be closing S. Market St. just south of Lynn St. beginning the week of January 8, 2024. Please find alternate routes during this time. Homeowners will still have access to their driveways. This closure is necessary for utility work.

UPDATE 1/5/2024: The contractor isn't ready to begin so project is delayed. Once we know the date construction work will begin, we will provide residents in the area at least 1 week heads up. Scheduling of closure depends on weather & readiness of the contractor.

As frigid temperatures move into our area over the weekend, it’s important to know how to keep your pipes from freezing and bursting: -Unhook your outside hoses. -Let your faucet run at a drip. -Keep your heat at 68 degrees when you’re at home. -Close your outside house vents.

Message regarding Republic Services: Due to the inclement weather, Republic Services will be running routes one day behind normal schedule this week. They did not run any routes on Monday and will be collecting Friday routes on Saturday.
