A Kingfisher spotted near the Stock Pond! Identifiable by its bright metallic blue and its breast is a coppery-brown. This small bird is a master fisher, diving into water with precision to catch its prey 🎣

The Pergola has reopened fully today after some essential maintenance works. The Hill Garden and Pergola, which opens at 8.30am every day, are looking amazing at the moment thanks to the hard work of the Gardening Team. 👏

Native to Europe, forget-me-nots are pretty blue flowers from the Myosotis genus of the Boraginaceae family. The botanical name is derived from the Greek terms mus that means mouse, and otis or ous that translates to ear, since its leaves resemble a mouse’s ears 🐭
