Arbitrum continues to march forward towards being the first real layer 2 without training wheels. Decentralized L2's will be a reality!

I know a lot of you may not care, but this is a HUGE milestone for Arbitrum.

We often talk about rollups being extremely centralized - BOLD decentralizes Orbit chains by enabling permissionless proving.
