The teachers have played Rock, Paper, Scissors all week and had a blast, I read the story and had my students play in class. Win get the beads, lose give them all up. It was a FUN day for ALL!! Officer Cabrera and Mr. Leslie even joined in our fun! I did win all the beads once!

While the big kids are testing our PreK-2nd are enjoying our interactive floor and walls from Kids Jump Tech! Everyone is loving it!!

Half of my 7th/8th Health Science Elective students got CPR certified by our Coordinated School Health nurses today. The other half will get to do it on 5/16. Excitement, engagement, and learning to save a life! Can’t get much better than that!! ❤️ #preparingforHSCTEsuccess

Health Science Elective is going great! This week we learned about respiratory therapists and the respiratory system then worked together to make working lungs! One group even picked black balloons to show emphysema since we studied respiratory diseases as well!
