Breathe mindfully. Meditate. Pray. Journal. Spend more time being present with loved ones. Listen mindfully. Exercise. Take breaks from your devices and social media. Read a book. Say no more often. Stop multitasking. Spend more time around Nature, etc. Practice slowing down.
