Whenever I hear about someone like John Lewis passing qway, I'm reminded of just how recent the civil rights movement really was. Assassinations of MLK and Malcolm X, the 16th Street Baptist Church Bombing - in the grand scheme of history, all of this shit just fucking happened.

I do not agree with much that Bernie says, but on this we are aligned. How any conservative could rectify a desire for small government, with what is happening across this country, I do not understand. Whatever your policial leanings, can we all agree that secret police are bad?
