A pleasure to take part in the Ballyholey Long Table event last night at Ballyholey Farm Shop 35 guests 7 course with wines from TheCounterDeli and cocktails from An Dúlamán Gin Representing lemontree restaurant , we served our beetroot salad course using ingredients grown on the farm.
