This is fascinating. According to this guy with the shiny head, commercial mortgages are trading at 40% discount to book. Market is anticipating a wave of CMBS defaults. Remember, mortgages (though not commercial) are 30% of the dollar's backing. cnbc.com/video/2023/05/…
