New paper with @Taylor_Lab_Cam and Phil Holliger! We evolve an RNA-cleaving FANAzyme that can be programmed to cut any RNA transcript. Upon delivery into cells, we demonstrate allele-specific RNA knockdown - cutting oncogenic KRAS transcripts whilst leaving wild-type KRAS intact!
