That Baggies team is looking a bit dire for a playoff push. If you were looking for a man who could guide your team towards that sort of territory then Leyton Orient’s Richie Wellens is somewhere to look. Has done remarkable things with Orient this season with limited resources.

Would of course need some backing in the summer, and while Orient have some devotion from a manager like Wellens, a championship club could pry him away in the summer if Orient failed to win promotion through the playoffs.
