Today Peel Regional Police announced one of the largest firearm seizures in our history through #ProjectChrome, a joint force investigation into guns & drug trafficking. 10 arrested & 185 charges. Over 70 guns, 180 rounds of ammo, $1M+ of Cocaine, Fentanyl, Crack Cocaine & Xanex seized.

We announced #ProjectWarlock: 17 home invasions, carjackings & robberies solved-18 arrests,150 charges, seizure of illegal firearms,$1.2M recovery of stolen vehicles & goods. Exemplary work by #CentralRobbery catching violent offenders & criminal network terrorizing our community

It was great to join PRP Road Safety Services officers alongside members from the MTO & OPP for a Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance CVSA Safety Blitz. These officers locate vehicle defects and take unfit vehicles off the road to keep our roads safe. They are doing an amazing job!

#RoadSafety continues to be a top priority for PRP! This past weekend, we deployed nearly 60 officers in&around #Ridgeway plaza to address street racing & unsafe driving - laid 250+ charges. Thanks @CityofMississauga for your assistance.
