Ilamparthi AR ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ , the top seed in the World Youth Championship U16, had a disappointing event, missing out on a medal on tiebreaks. He did however finish the event with a bang! ๐Ÿ’ฅ White to move!

The solution was 1...Ra1+ 2. Kg2 Ng5! threatening to set up a mating net with ...Nf3 followed by ...Rg1#. White was forced to play 3. h3 but after 3...gxh3+ 4. Kh2 Black found 4...Bxg3+! with Kxg3 losing to Rg1+ and either the pawn promotes or Rg2+Nf3 will force mate once again!
