First-hand learning in action! We’ve been observing tadpoles up close - watching them munch cucumber snacks, using our phonics to write names on post-its & exploring the life cycle. An exciting trip to Caldy Valley today! We acted out The Three Billy Goats on real bridges, crafted muddy troll faces and spotted ducks & even a heron by the pond.We also spotted signs of the troll: troll footprints, his shoes & even his shirt! Our classroom was buzzing with excitement as a beekeeper came! We explored honeycombs, felt the texture of beeswax & let our curiosity lead the way.
