Sometimes the best fitness achievements are the unexpected ones. Here is to my #UNGlobalHealthChallenge, with two hilarious buddies who kept me laughing the entire time. We accidentally crushed 10K steps. Indeed, joy is the fastest way to reach a goal. 🙌🌹🙏💕🇿🇲

My layover in #Addis brought out the best ~ I found the true meaning of "healing elements" in a bag of Ethiopian coffee and some kolo. ✨ This unexpected night was a plot twist I just needed.  Now, safely home, smelling the roses. 💕🇿🇲🙏

Started the day on air with my supervisor on @ZNBCRadio4, discussing the essence of #WorldChildrensDay and how Zambia is celebrating. A great conversation to kick off a phenomenal day! 🎙️

This week was non-stop: early mornings, late nights, missed workouts. So I brought the gym to the garden. Planted some lawn seed, soaked up the sun, and just grateful for what's to come. A reminder that you can always press reset. 🙌💕🙏🇿🇲
