What I love most about #MasterChefAU is that it stimulates creativity. Handed a vegetarian entree brief highlighting whisky got the brain ticking. Tokyo turnips, pickled blackberries and mushrooms, umami bomb whisky broth topped with shichimi togarashi sprinkled parsnip crisps.
