Not sure why I'm nervous. I know the first night of an opening will have its issues. But that's not why I'm nervous. I'm nervous because I don't see any issues happening. It's been so smooth up to this point. No way something disastrous can happen now right? Right!!??

Just got word we are at full reservations tonight.

We are 2 and a half hours away from opening the doors.

Tables are completely full. Special guest Abby Blake in the private room. No one has burnt themselves, cut themselves, or passed out in the kitchen yet. Best seller so far the Clemmykins Clemmy Green Chili Burger. I am about to call our grand opening a complete success.

What's been the biggest hit so far? Alan Williams's whiskey. It goes with everything on this menu
