First house wife looked at tonight wasn’t meant to be. Out of state investor with some stipulations that seemed shady

House we looked at last night did not pan out due to seller demands and having some items needing fixing. So different place to look at late this afternoon.

Probably no stream tonight due to house hunting.

Guess who just put an offer in on a house tonight?! Offer sent and they have until 9am tomorrow to respond. 🤞

Before I go to sleep they accepted our offer! Reason why is awesome! Will post more tomorrow.

Just going to type this once and post where needed. So wife went to look at a house tonight with our realtor and facetimed me. This was the 2nd house within two days. We both really liked everything. There are some minor items like screws for a couple of the vents, but that's it.

Closing is scheduled to happen April 10th from the contract which I missed last night as I was so damn tired and trying to read things after 9pm last night I just was clicking "Sign" haha

To tired with all that was going on last night into today so I didn't get much sleep. Hoping I will be back to stream tomorrow/Friday. Take care everyone and thank you for all the congrats etc after I posted my news.
