GLC beef is hosting a bbq contest Sunday Sept 2nd at 3pm. We are cooking brisket and Tri Tip. Judging at 7pm that evening. Approximately 20 teams entered so far. 20$ entry fee includes your brisket and Tri Tip. Love to have more teams.
