In 2018 I was on a psychiatric ward for 10 months. Of the people I kept in touch with, 4 out of 6 have since killed themselves. TWO THIRDS of those friends have died and no one is screaming. They say ‘lessons will be learned’, but when? Inquests read similarly over and over again
