Great speaking with Coach Rob Sidwell Army Softball and learning about West Point’s program. I have so many family members who have served for generations. Never realized I could serve my country doing what I love, throwing heat!

Just for fun, Charlie finally attended the TG All stars tournament. She and her team went undefeated in pool play, placing top seed out of 26 teams. Charlie pitched a shutout, hit two triples with RBIs in bracket play, allowing 1 run all tournament. Congrats!

How about a home run with an RBI? Charlie crushed that ball and drove in two runs today!

After a winter break working hard in the gym, Charlie is back on the field with the East Rowan High School Mustangs. In her first high school game ever, she threw in relief for 3 innings, 71% strikes and 5 strikeouts. She even made a plate appearance & singled to help the W.

Way to go starting against N Davidson. Charlie threw the entire game, 71% strikes and was 100% on base the following night for the East Rowan Lady Mustangs! Great future ahead.

Charlotte Sammons pitched the shutout for Mustangs in 1-0 win vs Alexander Central. Stellar defense by ER today. Ava Alderman HBP with bases loaded for the only run.
