Whether Tobacco Control in the US or the World Health Organization (WHO) want to believe it or not, switching to vaping IS quitting. If you switch to gum or lozenges without the intention of stopping those, TC and World Health Organization (WHO) have no problem with that. @MarkButlerMP , Australian adult vapers (the 96%), are a peaceful, family loving group who live contentedly knowing they no longer smoke cigarettes / staying alive for their children and families. It seems to me that by being so, these people have basically given you enough rope!
