One of my former players stopped by today. His son was born with no elbow and basically half a normal arm and just 2 fingers. The kid LOVES baseball and works hard to overcome that obstacle. He is 11 now and inspired me. Quit with our excuses and just be better.

Some fear moving up a small school coach (1,2,3 A ) to a (5- 6 A) If you are a winning coach at the 2A level- you are a winner - you’ve done more with less & you have do it all & be a community person. To me, it’s more of a gamble going big program to small school.
