Such a well run freshman VB tourney Glenbard East today! Proud of Wheaton North_Girls Volleyball B team who took home the championship over a well coached Glenbard North team. Falcons went 4-0 and only lost 1 game all day. It was a VERY HAPPY 15th BIRTHDAY for her as well.

Disappointment comes from knowing things could be better. Gratitude flows from knowing things could be worse. We don't control events, but we do choose our outlook. Where we focus shapes how we feel. For most people in most places, this is the best time in history to be alive.
