Just coming back from Learning & the Brain Future Ready Brains in NYC. What an inspiring group of speakers and attendees! Our youth have so much on their plates right now— but they also have a huge number of people invested in supporting them and their unique brains. I’m optimistic.

UW Psychology .UW News spoke with co-authors Chantel Prat (she/her), a UW professor of psychology, and Chu-Hsuan (Iris) Kuo, a recent UW doctoral graduate of psychology, about their research, the future of teaching computer programming and more.

If you build it, they will come! (I’m so old). Andrea Stocco (he/him) @[email protected] and his amazing team of undergraduates at the University of Washington undergraduate research symposium yesterday. Congrats on your nomination for outstanding UG mentorship!@UWPsychology I-LABS #mentorship #brain #memory C.C.D.L.

Just watched #butterflyinthesky. It was such a gift to fall in love with LeVar Burton all over again with the new perspective that four decades of life brings. “I really learned that all television is education. The question is what are we teaching?” Thank you Levar and team🙏 🦋
