9 yrs ago today the provisions within the Children and YP (Scotland) 2014 Act went 'live'. Extending the right to stay in care until 21 and access aftercare 'til 26. 9 years on, there's much to do to ensure a move on from care is safe, loving & respectful. Let's #KeepThePromise
