Our detention system: lunchtime > afterschool > principals. Interested to hear who runs your afterschool detentions? Currently our pastoral team run lunch, myself & other behaviour lead do every afterschool with principal supporting principals. Please RT & comments welcome

My school are exploring the use of “nudge texts” to improve attendance. What system do you use? How do you categorise? Any suggestions on the approach for just setting this up? Starting from the ground up here so advice welcomed. I’ve seen templates doing the rounds too.

NPQSL passed ✅ Plenty learned in the 18 months which had certainly helped in my new role. Thanks to Ambition Institute and Northamptonshire Teaching School Hub for the opportunity.

A successful week with my first Ofsted inspection as a senior leader under my belt. Some excellent learning and growth opportunities with a real sense of pride at the end. The feedback we’ve given will certainly empower us to continue driving the school forwards 📈✅👏

Has anyone got experience of promoting rewards through SIMS or EduLink? Or can suggest an alternative platform they use that’s been successful. Tracking rewards, spending points to purchase items etc. Looking to revamp ours so students can spend their achievement points.
