King Cetshwayo District Municipality Mpac portfolio committee, led by Chairperson Cllr Muzi Mtshali visited the construction site of the Greater Mthonjaneni SSA2 Bulk Water Supply at ward 5 which is now at 71% completed. The construction is still underway.

Planning and Economic Development Portfolio Committee Cllrs, led by Chair Cllr S Magubane, inspected Goat Farming Projects today, including the Sabiza goat project cooperative, which includes widows from ward 6 of Mthonjaneni LM and other farmers who benefited from the project.

Acting Mayor of KCDM, Cllr SZ Dlamini hosted the 2nd installment of the district water izimbizo today, at Umfolozi Municipality. The first was at Umlalazi Municipality on Thursday. The aim is to strengthen water services in all municipal areas and address challenges.

Women's month commemorate at Eshowe today. King Cetshwayo leadership and Councillors joined other inspiring society leaders in giving hope and motivation to women in the district.

Water interruption: Nkandla LM wards 6 & 11 Kindly be informed of a planned maintenance shutdown at Ophindweni Water Works on Thurs, 29 August 2024 from 06H00 to 18H00. The shutdown is for the replacement of a faulty control panel. We regret that water supply will be affected.
