Great review by S. Brasselet & M.D. Lew in Nature Photonics on single-molecule orientation & localization microscopy (SMOLM). These methods show not just where molecules are in 3D, but also how they’re oriented and wobbling, plus exciting applications! nature.com/articles/s4156…
