Last night we raised £266.93, thanks so much to everyone who came and supported us to help us raise money for Mind !! 🌼 We couldn’t be happier !!

Here at the McClelland centre we are considering starting an evening Fibromyalgia group exercise class on Tuesdays 6-7PM adjacent to the Monday session. Would this be of interest to anyone?

Fibromyalgia is a chronic pain condition which can impact people in different ways. Some people are bedbound, whereas some people can run marathons - every individual is impacted in different ways. One thing is for sure, we are ALL united against fibromyalgia. 👊🏽
