A special guest joined President & CEO Peter Marino for a special award presentation. Central Falls Mayor Maria Rivera was recently honored with a “Leadership in Advocacy” award from ACAP for her leadership and advocacy efforts to support vulnerable populations.

We broke ground on Broad St Homes! 🏠 This project will bring 44 new affordable apartments to the heart of Central Falls. Thank you to One Neighborhood Builders, RIHousing, RI Infrastructure Bank, Webster Bank, our congressional delegation and all who made this project possible!

We are so thrilled to have broken ground on our first ever development in the city of Central Falls! This project will bring 46 much-needed affordable housing units to the community. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this milestone possible!
