It’s amazing what the weight room does for an athletic program. I got to be a part of two great sessions with the football and softball teams today. I have never seen a team get worse by getting in the weight room and getting stronger.

Well, the cat is out of the bag. Retiring after 34 years in Coaching. It has been a long time since I had nothing to do in the fall. Going to spend a little time with the wife... after that who knows.
