Real-time segmentation of fibroblasts allows us to grow actin skeleton in a specified direction! Cells built @Pertzlab express optogenetic construct to activate RAC. We use micro-manager and napari🔬 to train a pixel classifier for segmentation on live data from scope. 🧵
