Our latest Art project #christchurchsoars is based on the Nike of Samothrace also known as the Winged Victory, an ancient Greek sculpture which dates from the 2nd century BC. We'll be on the playground after school, Please feel free to take photos and use #christchurchsoars

Matt Dechaine ❄️🦩 @MsWinterTweets As part of PTA work w/ ChristChurchJuniors we have started a secondhand book stall every so often in playground (books donated). Selling at v. cheap prices e.g. 10p. Means all children can afford + no one singled out, gives books a value and lifespan of books extended. Any thoughts?

Christmas Fayre today ChristChurchJuniors co-created by staff, pupils & our new thriving #PTA with the ethos: by leading by example, we believe the PTA can play a significant role in encouraging our children to be responsible, active citizens who contribute positively to the world

Today I sat down at a piano with a charming, gifted, autistic boy. He played me a tune he had written. I played him something too, then we chatted music. At one point I sang the Jurassic Park theme. He played it note perfectly first try. Amazing kid.

Author Nizrana Farook came in to school to meet the children. The children were very inspired by her assembly, the book pen pals were able to get up close with Nizrana in a Q&A session and Year 5 had an exciting book writing workshop. Thank you so much to Nizrana for coming!
