Great to be part of #Housing2024, hear unique insight from speakers, including @forhousing Andy Burnham and Toby Lloyd, and talk about housing and place. The GE was the hot topic - you can see our message for stakeholders here: placeshapers.org/general-electi…

Great to have the opportunity to share my view on the new government and how realising the potential of devolution could help solve the unique housing challenges every area faces.

A brilliant day with @GlosCityHomes and a lesson for me in northern sayings that never made it as far as the south coast (cracking the flags...)

Early start to get to Bristol for our second Leaders Event. Looking forward to a day with members discussing the General Election, Consumer Standards and changing housing need.

Great to be part of this conversation and some brilliant insights from the other panellists. Thanks to Inside Housing for inviting me and Martin Hilditch for the excellent hosting and chairing.

Great thread from Nick. Completely agree with the point about mopping up every £ of funding and getting organisations together at a local level to bring what they can and crack on. #PlaceShapers.

We are very lucky to have Jo on our board and can't wait to work more closely with her and the Greatwell Homes team over the coming months.

New funding for affordable homes is very welcome, but it would good to see some ambition on regeneration too. Great to share some thoughts with Inside Housing today. #placeshapers #budget2024 #ukhousing insidehousing.co.uk/comment/what-c…

Really chuffed to be speaking at the @PlaceShapers Annual Conference.  We’ll be discussing how can we realise the opportunities of a place-based approach to housing. Joining me on the panel chaired by Catherine Ryder are Ahsan Khan & @victordacuhna

The best bit about working for PlaceShapers is getting out and about and seeing the work of our members first hand so it was great to kick off the new year hearing about the creativity and commitment of Connexus and learning about rural housing - placeshapers.org/commitment-and….

Many thanks to the National Housing Federation for allowing us to share our thoughts on what should be in the #planforhousing. Regeneration is an important response to the housing crisis in some parts of the country and we need to make sure it doesn't get lost in the debate.
