It is very odd that the majority of the reporting of the Ryan Casey-BBC defamation case does not mention who made the comments on the BBC Programme, Kitty Holland.

What a disgusting and cowardly act by German police against an Irish woman. Germany's unwavering support for Israel's actions in Gaza, and the German police's treatment of Palestine protestors has been deeply shameful. Ireland Embassy Berlin needs to support Kitty O'Brien.

Happy to support Jim Gavin in his bid to be the Fianna Fáil candidate for President. A very impressive CV, most recently bringing in the changes which has made Gaelic Football a much better spectacle.

Have people never heard of a Facebook Profile picture filter? Jim Gavin got a picture with a politician, she posted it on her own page and added in a filter asking people to vote for her. What a ridiculous non-story.

At a meeting this evening we heard the great news that a new lift is finally coming to #Clongriffin DART station, with works beginning October 2nd. There have been access issues from the #Baldoyle side for many years. Well done to all who campaigned on this through the years.

After last night's events in Dublin Castle, I dropped in to Dublin Bay North's celebration for Sean Haugheys. 40 years of public service is an incredible acheivement. I saw Sean at work in Dublin City Council and Leinster House and was always impressed with the diligent approach
