Caterham Valley Library hosted our first written word open mic night. A relaxed atmosphere for our local amateur authors to share some of their own works and enthusiasts to come and listen. Published or just someone who’s dipping their toe into writing, all are welcome.

Summer Reading Challenge is almost here with only 2 weeks to go! The challenge this year starts on Saturday 5th July when you can sign up at your local library. Your child can read books, comics, eBooks, and audiobooks! The library will provide rewards for your child’s reading.

Our applications for SRC volunteers are now open! Apply on the Surrey Libraries website or feel free to come in and speak to staff between the 9th and 18th July if you have any questions.

What's on this week at Caterham Hill Library! We encourage all parents of young children to sign up for the Summer Reading Challenge. It is completely free and encourages children to pick up six books over the summer with prizes in store as rewards for completion. Start now!
