Morning rye plate @cottonrakecafe #GlasgowWestEnd - seeded rye, boiled egg, cured chilli trout, caper, dill + chive cream cheese, cucumber + onion pickle - and I could almost be back in #copenhagen (tho w/mostly Scottish ingredients). Loving the egg spoon with salt + pepper 👌

Can hardly believe we actually crossed this bridge - twice - in Andorra! It’s the 2nd longest Tibetan bridge in the world at 603m and a terrifying (for me) 500ft above the Vall del Riu at Canillo. A memorable experience. Tho unlike some, we didn’t bungee jump off it! #ponttibertà

NEWS: Gamba, Glasgow’s renowned seafood restaurant, has changed hands for the 1st time after 27 years of continuous ownership. Mohammed Rehman, of Café Wander in the city centre, has taken over the lease from chef-patron Derek Marshall. The name Gamba will remain, as will staff.
