Thank you American College of Sports Medicine for awarding my abstract Top 10 of the conference! Excited to have this paper out soon about a new cut off score for the PSQI for adolescents after concussion!
A few weeks shy of exactly 4 years ago, I went down a rabbit hole of the process of sleep, making flashcards of everything involved, trying to connect the dots with how it affected concussion recovery. A whole lot of sticky notes and flashcards later, it’s finally out! Jake Resch
Whenever I need a reminder about the importance of sleep, I can always count on the work of Cat Donahue, PhD, ATC Clinical Cut Point for the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index After Adolescent Concussion journals.sagepub.com/doi/full/10.11…
