My (military) husband received specific training to recognise the signs of PTSD - PTSD is culturally defined by its military history but as Rhiannon L Cosslett writes it can happen to anyone. IMO we could learn as a society from the military about how to create a culture of acceptance

Not been on Twitter much but I'm here to share that I've found a packing list in my notebook & I would love to know what day and night pants are 🤷🏼‍♀️Im very grateful the need for nipple cream has passed and I wonder where the rest of my clothes are or did this trip only need pants?
