For July I plan on training/ evaluating HS football athletes. First 10 people to DM I’ll watch and give feedback for free. My experience is 4 D1 years as a member of Penn State Football. 4 years coaching HS with multiple award winners and playoff teams. 3 years coaching D2 PSAC

COACHES: Every single day you have to fight for the culture that you want. You have to compete for the hearts and minds of your players. You have to intentionally inspire those that you lead. It's not always easy but it will always be worth the effort.

Important lesson for young athletes: During my freshman year at Penn State, I was struggling to get on the field.  I hesitated to approach Coach O'Brien about it, but my dad reminded me he's a human being & over-communication is always best. That conversation changed my career

Trusting God includes working hard and doing your part. Don’t just pray and wait. Pray and be great.
