The next CES Monthly Assembly is this Friday (April 26) at 8:20 AM! There's only one assembly this month for all K-6 students.  School families are welcome to attend & should arrive @ the CES Main Office before going to the assembly.

K-3rd graders saw a visiting performance of 'Katie: The Strongest of the Strong' by Opera Saratoga's Opera-to-Go program (w/ guest star, Mrs. Dingman)! The show takes the audience thru a story about Katie Sandwina, the real-life strongwoman & activist for women's right to vote.

Shout out for a very creative bilingual book report by CES student Zoe! After reading “Number the Stars” by Lois Lowry, Zoe’s book review stood out for its creativity & using 2 languages! She made a (fake) pizza where each slice hid English & Spanish details from the book.

Schodack's Music In Our Schools Concert is Wednesday (Mar. 13) @ 7 PM in the Maple Hill Jr/Sr High School Gym! Performances by 5th Grade Chorus, 6th Grade Band, 7th/8th Grade Chorus, 7th/8th Grade Jazz Band, HS Swing Choir & HS Band. International Club will also be running a concession stand!
