A guy at LAX airport just stopped me when he saw my #Prince shirt to show me a selfie of him & Wendy on his phone ☺️ I love random moments like that, especially on a day like today. I don't think he realised the date today. He'd ended up next to her on a plane a few months back.

Hard to believe it's been 8 years. The trauma of that day will never leave me. It's so clear in my mind. But more than anything else, I thank you, Prince. For everything. We're still here to keep the music alive 💜

Myself and DJ Swami recorded at Metalworks a few years after Prince did a lot of Musicology there. Sorry for the potato quality (camera phones weren't good back then) but here's a photo I took there of a Musicology plaque that they had hanging up. Great studio!
