In summer school, I genuinely love teaching younger students, truthfully, all ages, big kids or littles, & I am continually impressed by the 5th graders' dedication to learning in double-block classes. What is best about it is their feedback on how they notice they are growing.

That’s a wrap! Today, I finished teaching between campuses for ACE for Dyslexia & Dysgraphia services during Summer School. I am organized as a “traveling teacher” for 5 weeks. 😆😊😅👏🏼👏🏽🙌🏽💙🤍

We started the first day back at school with a fun Play-Doh activity during our meet-and-greet. The students did a great job including each other, & we had a chance to review our routines in a welcoming atmosphere. This year of learning is going to be fantastic.

Using Cornell Notes to pre-teach binding agreements made creating social contracts in class engaging and established a norm of standards. The exemplar, lesson intention with success criteria improves our learning - together we grow. This is the Best Class! 🤍💙

This week, College & Career Exploration Experience a Gallery Walk. Ss engaged in CCE are discovering the fascinating world of various career clusters! Each step unveils new opportunities, sparking inspiration and igniting their ambitions for the future! Robinson Jr. High

This week CCE classes learned not only classroom clusters but also engaged with a guest speaker sharing research and STEM careers followed by some cool chemistry demos related to his field in bioinorganic chemistry. Fantastic learning!

It's a fantastic day to be a Rocket! We're gaining valuable insights into college admissions, degree options, and scholarship opportunities at the University Center.

TEA surprised me with my Texas Dyslexia Academy Certified Knowledge Pathway Badge after successfully completing six sections of support for services. 💙🤍 #robinsonisd
